Downloading our audio files is easy and saves you time and money.  Our download products are priced less than our CDs and you also save on shippings costs, plus you receive them within minutes.  For MP3 downloads, you will receive a link for immediate download plus an email with download links.  You can also find the download links under your account information.  Be sure to made back-up copies of downloaded files.  Once the files are downloaded all sales are final.  We do not refund for products which have been downloaded.  If you received a defective file email us through the contact us page and we will send you a good file.  You can listen to samples of our products on the FREE AUDIO page so you will know what to expect before you order.  For CD orders placed through our other website (www.QuantumQuests.com) our shipping and refund policy is stated there.
